Who is Scandica Handcrafted?
Hi! My name is Shanen. Welcome and thank you for visiting here.
A little bit about myself. I'm an American that made my home in Denmark after falling in love with a Dane. I have since fallen in love with the land, culture and people. I enjoy being creative and wanted to blend that with my love of home fragrance and coziness (hygge). I was inspired to create a line of home fragrance products that blends both the traditions & nostalgia of America that I grew up with, as well as the beauty, nature & culture of Scandinavia that I'm discovering.
All products are handmade by me in small batches at my home workshop in Denmark.
It's a wonderful journey and I look forward to sharing it with you.
Our Products
At Scandica Handcrafted, all of our candles & wax melts are made with 100% plant-based soy & coconut waxes. We use lead-free cotton wicks and high quality phthalate-free fragrance oils. Our packaging is recyclable, reusable and/or eco-friendly as much as possible. We are always continuing to find ways to be more environmentally friendly and will continue to do so.
Shipping & Delivery
You can purchase your items online and pick them up at our shop or ship them directly to your doorstep.
At the Checkout page, you‘ll see the ordered item’s description, its price, and delivery time. You will receive an order confirmation email. Delivery times vary depending on your selected delivery address, availability of your items, and the time of the day you place your order.
Please keep in mind that all products are handmade. For custom or large orders, we need at least 2 weeks notice for production and delivery.
